How We Work

We begin by reviewing your inquiry, project scope, timeline, location, and overall investment level to determine whether the project is the right fit for the studio.
If aligned, we’ll invite you to the next step in the process and schedule a Discovery Meeting.

The Discovery phase begins with an on-site or virtual walkthrough and a deeper conversation around how you live, what the space needs to support, and the overall vision for the project.
From there, we gather inspiration, assess functional priorities and architectural context, and establish a clear roadmap for the design direction and next decisions.

During Design Development, we shape the space plan and overall design direction, refining the materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that will define the project.
The design is then presented as a cohesive vision, with opportunities for thoughtful feedback before final selections are confirmed.

Throughout construction, we work in close coordination with the architect, builder, and trades to support alignment, protect the design vision, and help guide key decisions as the project progresses.
Site visits and ongoing decision support are provided as needed to maintain momentum and ensure the finished result reflects the integrity of the design.

Once selections are approved, we oversee ordering, tracking, and logistics to ensure each piece moves through the process with accuracy and care. We coordinate with vendors, manage delivery scheduling, and monitor quality as items arrive to support a seamless path to installation.

We coordinate white-glove installation and complete the final styling, art placement, and finishing details that bring the home together. The result is a space that feels cohesive, refined, and fully realized.
